“ The best burrito in town in my opinion is the number 2!! And they door dash now also!!! ”
“ Fast service. Do you know what you're getting with the ambience. The food is outstanding. You cannot go wrong with a Champion in Burritos. These guys are a solid five stars ”

“ This is my go to burrito place for lunches and have been coming to them since there were in the gas station by the North KC hospital. Their menu is huge and the quality is so good. Their plates are killer too, if you feel like meat, beans, and rice then definitely come here. Even if you are in a rush and want a quick burrito they got you covered with their quick burritos that are ready in a minute or 2. Definitely going to keep eating here and recommend that you also give this place a try. ”
“ This was the place originally in Snappy's on Armor Rd. next to the new Subway. I was heart broken when they moved. Thank God they just moved a little ways up the road into their own place. Now located on Swift just about a block north of Christine's Firehouse, this space is their own and a very smart move on their part. The menu has grown now adding a selection of platters and some fast grab burrito options. They still offer their great mainstays like El Retador (my personal favorite) which I enjoy made with their succulent shrimp. Their mainstays and platters are not the fastest to prepare, but they are prepared with care and are well worth the minimal wait. With their new digs, the place is nice for a small group lunch if you prefer. If you like your burritos made with fresh ingredients and made fresh to order, you can't get much better than this place. ”
“ Fantastically large burritos that are grilled to order. For $7 I had what must of been a good 2lb tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken, potatoes, peppers, cheese, onions, rice and a touch of sour cream. They also give you a large handful of chips in the bottom of the to go bag. A huge authentic meal at a great price. No complaints, other than the location is off the main arteries of NKC and it's easy to forget that they are there. ”
“ North Kansas City has one Hispanic food option. Well, two, but I'm not counting Taco Bell. Granted NKC is pretty small, but there can never be too many tacos. I was told to try the smothered burrito. So I did. I also got a taco. The taco had corn soft shells that were a little larger than what you would normally find. The taco also came with chips and was overflowing with meat. Tacos are topped with Pico instead of the typical onions and cilantro. Normally I'm not an onion eater, but in sauces I can usually tolerate them. The onions in this Pico were diced a little too large. Also, the Pico was very fresh which didn't allow the onions to break down some. This was the only negative and I can't really complain when onions are my issue. The one taco with chips was a meal. I ordered pork for both the taco and burrito. The pork was soooo tender. It obviously stewed with tomatoes and spices for hours. I would compare it to Los Alamos in quality and taste. The burrito is huge. For any burrito lover you will be in heaven here. I enjoyed the burrito, but kept wishing it was fried. I guess that would make it a chimichanga though. It ended up being three meals for me. I won't hesitate to go back for pork tacos. I might even try some other meat options (probably not, but maybe). They are between authentic and American style. They don't have the typical authentic meat choices, but the flavors are all authentic. ”
